Product Review: Beautiful...but
Eventually decided on this rug and it was delivered super fast. On laying the rug in the living room I found that there was lots of wool and woolballs coming out of the carpet. I contacted the seller who was very helpful and assured me this was normal but not to use my dyson as it is too strong, and it should settle after a few weeks. It's still happening so I will update when, and if, all goes well.
