Rug was delivered only 2 days after ordering. Sadly on receipt this item appeared very shade patchy in appearance and had to be returned. Rug traders were incredibly helpful and courteous, even recommending the cheapest company to deal with the return. They also processed the refund promptly. Buyers please note that you stand the cost of any refund which with an item of this size worked out (with insurance to cover loss) at over
